Article Processing Charges (APC)

At Editorial Connection, we promote open access scientific publishing, ensuring the unrestricted dissemination of knowledge for the academic and scientific community. To cover the costs of editing, reviewing, layout, and publication, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) for books and book chapters.

Publication Fees

  • Full books: $650 USD
  • Book chapters: $180 USD

These fees cover the costs of the editorial process, including peer review, editing, layout, DOI assignment, indexing in academic repositories, and dissemination of the work.

Deadlines for APC Payment

  • Once the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the author will receive a formal notification along with payment instructions.
  • Payment must be made within a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) from the notification of acceptance.
  • The editing and publication process will only begin after payment confirmation.

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment platforms.
  • Detailed information on payment methods will be sent in the acceptance notification.

Refund Policies

  • Once the APC payment has been made, no refunds are made, except in cases where the publisher cancels the publication process for justified reasons.
  • In case the author withdraws the manuscript after payment has been made, no refund will be made.

Waivers and Discounts

  • In exceptional cases, Editorial Connection may evaluate requests for discounts or partial waivers, based on institutional agreements or specific conditions of the authors.
  • These requests must be submitted prior to acceptance of the manuscript.
